Team Intersport Sweden

We might actually have the first team ever in the WC history with a full sponsorship deal in Team Intersport Sweden. How much was the contract for ? And for how long ?

• Gunder Hägg had a poor Year in 1996, and even if he made it to the semifinals, he was very disappointed with the outcome of that. So to prepare for this year, he has joined the national wrestling team in order to get in good shape. Too bad he did not check the weightclass those guys were listed for. Now he's in worse shape than last year.

• Arne Tammer looks confident in the picture, and he has reason to be. In preparation for this Years Championship he has started to take Arobics classes. Don't be surprised if the team outfit this year is a little pinkish. Healthwise, he's in a marvellous condition.
